Deurali Janata Prabidhik Shikshyalaya Pvt. Ltd. (DJPS) is a privately owned and operated Technical college established in 2007. DJPS is registered under Company Registration Office, the Registration Number is 47308/064 and received VAT Certificate No. 302712542. DJPS runs parallel academic PCL nursing program and TSLC (Agriculture JTA & Veterinary JTA) with the affiliation of CTEVT along with result based market oriented short term skill training. The institute is located at Butwal, Sub-metropolitan; ward No.13, Jeetgadhi, Rupandehi, Nepal. The institute lies on the bank of beautiful Tinau River and it covers 0-16-0 Kattha area with 5 storey (22,500 sq. ft.) modern fascinated building and it has 1500 Sq. ft. land area of cafeteria with well facilitated Kitchen and well furnished Dining Hall. The Hostel has peace environment with luxurious management. The institute is fully equipped with training classrooms, laboratory, workshop, and other required facilities.

The main purpose of this institute is “Total Quality Education” for the SLC graduates who can deserve real fruit for their perfect future. DJPS truly believe that learning is not one time injection. So, we basically inhalant that time capsule to breathe a perfect future by developing essential competence and compassionate professionals in their related field by educating continuous incentive process. Despite of all these,  DJPS produce market demand based qualitative technical human resources considering eradication of extreme poverty and improve socio-economic condition of the people by creating better employment and income generation opportunities supplying trained labor force to the need and demand of local, national and global labor markets.  It has long period experience and professional expertise in MOST- technical skill training and employment generation endeavor.

With the aim of providing certain professional and vocational skills to the people who are either unable to gain higher education or are interested to gain certain vocational/ professional skills for their better professional career, CTEVT through its owned managed and affiliated technical schools and training centers has been running various vocational training programs of short duration ranging from 390 hours to 1696 hours. The courses are offered as per the demand and needs of the people, especially in the field of agriculture, engineering, health, tourism, management and computer.

DJPS conduct the outreach and mobile training programs in Indian Cook, Care Giver, Waiter/ess, Fashion Designer, Furniture Maker, Plumber, Electrician, Arc Welding, Community Agriculture Assistant, Community Livestock Assistant, Home Appliances Repairer, Dairy and Sweet Producer, Hand Embroidery, Banana Fiber Handicraft, Off Season Vegetable Producer, Bee Keeper, Bamboo Handicraft, Post Harvest Technician, Motorcycle Mechanic, Furniture Maker, Light vehicle driver and many more training packages in semi urban and rural/ remote areas of Jhapa, Ilam, Sunsari, Moarang, Saptari, Sitaha, Bara, Janakpur, Parsa, Makawanpur, Chitawan, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Syangja, Kaski, Tanahun, Gorkha, Lamjung, Manang, Mustang, Baglung, Myadgi, Gulmi, Palpa, Arghakhanchi, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Surkhet, Bardiya, Kailali, Kanchanpur and other different locations of the country.

 DJPS collaborate and cooperate with other vocational and technical training providers, skill development centers, GOs/Nepal, NGOs and INGOs. The target group trainees are the Poor Dalits, Muslim, Widows, Disable, Ex-kamaiyas, Kamlaries, Highly marginalized group, Janajaties, Poor People from other caste, Ethnic class unemployed youth and school drop-outs who are in need of immediate employment for livelihood. DJPS mobilize self-help groups, NGO’s, community development organizations, relationship network and target need communities. And also conduct awareness campaign, visits and meetings in potential locations, contacts with VDC and Ward Offices, local youth clubs, school teachers and community leaders and mobilize volunteers to inform and select target group/ trainees.

DJPS has developed regular planning, execution, monitoring and evolution management process in all the programs for total quality on its performance. We have formed and executing management committee members. We perform periodic management committee meetings in regular basis. DJPS has high level qualified and experienced experts as well trained and experienced trainers as per the needs of the training discipline. It has given more focus on practical performance based training rather than mere theory. The trainers prepare lesson plans as per curriculum. They prepare performance guide and standard reading materials according to the level of program participants.
